The Gymsetz Dropset Pin comes in two sizes: 7.8 mm and 9.5 mm. The size depends on the manufacturer of your machine. Check the table and find your brand.
*Depending on the year of manufacture, Life Fitness and Precor sometimes use both sizes. Measure the original pin before you order.

What exactly is a dropset pin?+
A dropset pin is a self-ejecting weight stack pin. You place it at a heavier weight and the normal pin at a lighter weight below it. After your set the dropset pin ejects itself - you keep training straight away on the lighter weight.
Which size do I need - 7.8 mm or 9.5 mm?+

Which machines does the dropset pin work on?+
On all selectorized machines with a weight stack: lat pulldown, leg extension, cable rows, tricep pushdown and more.
Do I need a training partner?+
No. That's the big advantage. You set everything up beforehand and the pin does the rest automatically. Perfect for solo training.
What if the pin doesn't eject?+
This can happen with overly explosive reps. Lower the weight under control and lightly touch the stack. Constant tension is key.
