Gymsetz grants you access to the website www.Gymsetz.com (the Website) and invites you to purchase the offered items. Gymsetz has the right to modify the content at any time or remove parts of the Website without notifying you.

Article 1 - Limited Liability

Gymsetz strives to regularly update and/or supplement the content of the Website. However, it may happen that the content is incomplete and/or incorrect. Gymsetz reserves the right to cancel transactions that have already been completed. Regarding prices and other product information on the Website, there is a reservation for obvious programming and typographical errors. You cannot claim an agreement with Gymsetz based on such errors.

Article 2 - Copyrights

Gymsetz holds all intellectual property rights regarding these materials. It is not allowed to copy, distribute, or use these materials in any other way without written permission from Gymsetz, unless legally allowed (such as under the right of citation) or otherwise stated for specific materials. Copying images for commercial use is not allowed and may result in an invoice of at least €300.00. Permission may be requested for using images for blogs and other publications.

Article 3 - Copyright

It is not allowed to take our images and use them for commercial purposes by third parties. The images we use are unique and exclusively owned by Gymsetz. If someone takes our material for commercial use, we will issue an invoice to the respective company. The prices for such use range from €300.00 to €900.00. With permission, it is possible to use images for blogs and other publications, provided that it is for the benefit of Gymsetz.

Article 4 - Miscellaneous Provisions

Gymsetz is authorized to modify the Terms and Conditions. The modified conditions will take effect at the time indicated by Gymsetz. Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships in which Gymsetz is a party, even if the obligations are wholly or partially performed abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship resides there. The applicability of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. All disputes related to or arising from offers from Gymsetz or agreements made with Gymsetz will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
