Ordering & Shipping
How fast will my order be shipped?
Order on a business day before 17:00 and your package ships the same day. Order later or at the weekend? Then we ship the next business day.
When will I receive my package?
Netherlands: 1-2 business days. Belgium: 2-3 business days. Germany: 2-4 business days. Rest of EU: 3-9 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
From €50 we ship for free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With 3 products (3 x €19.95 = €59.85) you always get free shipping.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a Track & Trace link by email. Also check your spam folder if you don't receive anything.
Can I still change my delivery address?
Immediately (within 30 minutes of ordering) email support@gymsetz.com with your order number and new address. Once your package is on its way, we can no longer change anything.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return your order without giving a reason. You'll get the full purchase amount back via the same payment method.
How do I return my order?
Email support@gymsetz.com with your order number. You'll receive the return address and instructions. Send the product back with Track & Trace. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 14 days.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return costs are at your own expense. Received the wrong product or a defect? Then we'll cover the return — just send us an email.
My product arrived defective. What now?
Email support@gymsetz.com with your order number and 1-2 photos of the defect. If the complaint is valid, we'll decide together on repair, replacement or a refund.

Which size Dropset Pins do I need?
7.8 mm: Technogym, Life Fitness, Precor, Cybex, Gym80, Panatta and most European machines.
9.5 mm: Matrix, Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Hoist, BH Fitness.

Do the Dropset Pins work on all machines?
On all stack machines with selector pins (lat pulldown, cable row, leg press, chest press, etc.). Not on free weights or dumbbells.
What is the difference between Wrist Wraps and Lifting Straps?
Wrist Wraps = wrist support on push exercises (bench press, overhead press).
Lifting Straps = grip support on pull exercises (deadlift, row, shrugs).
Different purposes, often combined.
Can I wash the Wrist Wraps or Lifting Straps?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry. Not in the washing machine, not in the dryer, no ironing — that ruins the elastic.
