Find the thumb loop
Put your thumb through the thumb loop. This automatically positions the wrap in the right place just above your wrist.
Start wrapping firmly around the wrist
Wrap the wrap tightly around your wrist. The tighter you wrap, the more support. Use more wraps for heavier sets.
Adjust for comfort
Check that the wrap is secure but your fingers still have good blood flow. Adjust the tension until it feels right.
